1. Financial management and strategic support:
· Coordinating the overall financial work of Hong Kong listed companies and affiliates, including daily accounting treatment and financial management, preparing consolidated financial statements, budgeting and financial analysis;
· Coordinate the company's capital operation, formulate capital plans, reasonably arrange capital income and expenditure, and ensure the company's daily operation and project development capital needs.
· Optimize the capital structure, reduce capital costs, improve the efficiency of capital use, be responsible for communication and cooperation with banks and other financial institutions, and expand financing channels.
· Formulate and implement tax strategies, conduct reasonable tax planning, reduce tax costs, and ensure corporate tax compliance.
· Participate in the company's financial analysis, combine financial data and business conditions, write financial analysis reports, and provide valuable financial insights and decision-making suggestions for management.
· Participate in the financial evaluation of the company's major investment, financing and other projects, provide feasibility analysis and risk assessment from a financial perspective, and provide professional support for project decision-making.
2. Audit and compliance management:
· Lead the internal audit work of Hong Kong listed companies, optimize internal control processes, and prevent financial risks;
· Cooperate with external auditors to conduct annual audits, respond to audit issues in a timely manner, provide required information, ensure smooth progress of the audit process, ensure compliance between the two places, and respond to regulatory requirements in a timely manner.
· Handle the development and improvement of internal controls, corporate governance and ESG policies or procedures;
3. Cross-border business collaboration:
· Manage cross-border capital flows, foreign exchange risks and tax enhancements, and promote efficient business collaboration between Hong Kong and the Mainland.
· Cooperate with the Beijing headquarters to regularly report on financial operations and the progress of special projects;
4. Team and cross-departmental collaboration:
· Lead the financial team and improve professional capabilities;
· Collaborate with other departments to support special projects such as business development and investment and financing;
5. Others:
· Evaluate the economic benefits of new products;
· Manage investor relations and maintain good communication with regulators including the Securities and Futures Commission and HKEx.
- Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting, finance-related majors, and relevant qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, FCCA are preferred.
- At least 5 years of financial management experience, 3 years of experience in listed companies or IPO projects;
- In-depth knowledge of International Accounting Standards (IFRS) or US Accounting Standards (US GAAP), familiarity with capital market regulations;
- Excellent financial analysis skills, financial planning skills and risk control awareness;
- Proficient in the use of financial management software and office software, able to build an efficient financial management system;

- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to cooperate efficiently with various departments within the company and external institutions (such as investment banks, lawyers, auditors, etc.);
- Strong leadership and team management skills to drive project execution in high-pressure environments;

- Highly responsible, diligent, honest and trustworthy, adaptable, and fully committed to their work;
- Accept business trips;
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, Cantonese, with good written and oral communication skills to handle complex communication needs in an international working environment;
Priority Conditions:
- Experience in financial management of listed companies in Hong Kong is preferred;
- Experience in well-known investment banks and audit firms (such as the Big Four accounting firms) is preferred.
